We know how much little ones hate waiting, so we aim to get every order on its way as quickly as we can. Here's everything you need to know about our delivery options.

Next Day Delivery Explained
- Place your order before 12pm, Monday to Friday, and we'll aim to deliver it the next working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm, or at a weekend, are dispatched on the next working day and delivered the working day after that.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Large & Bulky Items
Large, bulky items can take between 3–5 working days, and the charges vary depending on the item. If your order contains a large or bulky item, you'll be told the delivery charge and the expected time frame when you add the item to your basket.
Large, bulky items are typically products weighing over 30kg. However, some items may be classed as large or bulky even if they weigh less than 30kg, because of the product's size or shape.
If your order contains both a bulky item and standard items, they may arrive separately.
When We Dispatch Your Order
We pick and pack orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at a weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas), deliveries can take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves us, we'll email you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Order Not Arrived?
Check your tracking link first — it may be with a neighbour or safe place. Still missing? Contact us and we'll chase it up with the courier.
Delivery Addresses
We deliver to addresses across the UK. We're unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — once dispatched, we cannot change the destination.
